Great article on the current battle for control of the Ridpath. My law office is on the same block to the west (Symons Building). Atleast twice a day I walk by the Ridpath.
Someone is doing limited construction on the south side of the building as you can look in the newly cleaned windows and see demolition prep work.
I think Ron Wells has the better plan for the Ridpath plus a proven track history. Go Ron!

It is only natural that the long, strange trip that has unfolded over the past several years at the Ridpath Hotel would continue to get longer and stranger. Two potential buyers, each with much different designs for the building, have been vying in a Nevada bankruptcy court for ownership of a key piece of the long-closed downtown hotel – the tower floors with most of the hotel rooms.
