As an entrepreneur you should always be focused on improving your sales skills.
The Spokane Public Library and Spokane County Library District are both offering access to lynda.com to library cardholders (access the site through spokanebusiness.org). Once logged into lynda.com, there are a multitude of courses on sales skills available (plus thousands of others on a multitude of other topics).
With individual subscriptions to lynda.com running at $300/year, this should give our local entrepreneurs an extra leg up when it comes to developing business skills.
